Salmon and Tomato Snack with Whole Grain Crackers

Packed with omega-3, tinned salmon is both great value and packed with nutrients. Choose salmon in olive oil and eat about half a can for a snack - storing the rest in the fridge to eat later.

Prep Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients

212 gram tin of salmon 

½ tomato, diced

¼  teaspoon Maldon salt

Pinch of black pepper

Juice of ½ lemon


Method

Drain off some of the oil and in a small bowl, mix the salmon with the tomato, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Serve with wholegrain toast for a delicious snack.
