` 250ml unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon walnuts
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- teaspoon organic ground instant coffee powder
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
½ teaspoon honey
¼ ripe avocado
Place the ingredients in a blender with 60ml of ice cubes, and blend. Add more water or ice if the smoothie is too thick for your liking. Sip and enjoy!
